He has played a pivotal role in establishing Neurosurgery departments and training upcoming neurosurgeons. With expertise in minimally invasive spine surgery, he has successfully performed over 1000 procedures. His contributions to the field include receiving a National Award for Best Research Paper in Neurosurgery and actively organizing National and International Neurosurgical Conferences. He has been a faculty member for DNB Neurosurgery training for over five years and is also a certified ATLS Instructor and has presented numerous research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
