About Dr. Khadhra Ahmed Galaal

Dr. Khadra Galaal is a senior consultant gynaecologist, she has dual accreditation in obstetrics & gynaecology and gynaecological oncology from the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (RCOG) and the General Medical Council (GMC) in the U.K.  She completed accredited fellowship in Gynaecological Oncology and was appointed as a consultant in the Northern Gynaecological Oncology Centre (NGOC) in Gateshead, U.K in 2007.  Since then, she contributed significantly to research and training in gynaecological oncology with numerous publications in high impact peer reviewed journals.  In addition, she has developed laparoscopic radical surgery and surgery in women with high BMI, in addition to developing techniques in radical cytoreductive surgery for ovarian cancer.
